Fladov Service Provider List

This page identifies the principal third-party providers currently used to support Fladov and Bica. It supplements the Fladov Privacy Policy. The list may change as the platform changes; material changes will be reflected here or notified as described in the Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Azure

Provider: Microsoft Corporation

Services: Cloud hosting, infrastructure and Azure-hosted AI services used by Fladov and Bica.

Information that may be processed: Account and business data required to host the platform, together with Bica prompts, relevant business records, uploaded content and generated outputs when an Azure-hosted AI feature is used.

Processing location: Microsoft may process or store information in Azure regions and other locations permitted by the applicable service configuration and Microsoft’s terms.

Provider information: Microsoft Azure data privacy and security for models sold by Azure

Google Cloud Vertex AI

Provider: Google LLC / Google Cloud

Services: Vertex AI services used by Fladov and Bica when a feature is configured to use Google Cloud AI infrastructure.

Information that may be processed: Bica prompts, relevant business records, uploaded content and generated outputs required for the applicable AI request, together with technical and security information needed to provide the service.

Processing location: Google Cloud may process or store information in locations permitted by the applicable service configuration and Google Cloud’s terms.

Provider information: Google Cloud Vertex AI data governance

Paystack

Provider: Paystack Payments Limited

Services: Subscription-payment processing and related payment services.

Information that may be processed: Subscriber and billing information, transaction references, payment status, amounts, currency, and other information required to process or verify a payment. Complete payment-card details are collected and processed by Paystack or the payment provider identified at checkout rather than stored by Fladov.

Provider safeguards and international transfers

Each provider receives only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant feature. Fladov uses contractual, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the processing and takes reasonable steps to support international transfers in accordance with applicable Nigerian data-protection law.
